Here is the line-up for spring semester group fitness classes: MON/WED. Yoga: 9:30-10:45am and 11:00-12:15pm; Interval Fitness: 12:30-1:30pm; TUES/THUR. Yoga: 12:00-1:00pm; Cardio Core: 1:00-1:45pm; Zumba: 3:30-4:30pm; Beginner Exercise: 3:30-4:30 Self-Defense: 5:15-6:15pm;

Co-ed Intramural Volleyball is ready to get underway at the Rec Center. The organizational meeting is Tuesday, December 9 at 3:30pm in D102.
