A free presentation on the art and birding legacies of Earl Henry, Sr. This inspiring program by Earl Henry, Jr. tells the story through his father’s paintings, mounted birds and the recording of bird imitations captured in 1944, the year before the elder Henry went down with the USS Indianapolis in the closing days of World War II.
Classes will be in session. All Student Services offices (A & R, Counseling, LAC, Student Activities, and Career Services) will be closed on Monday, September 6, 2010 in observance of Labor Day. The Library will be open with from 7:45am-7pm.
Artwork on display August 18 – September 27 in the BRCC Art Gallery includes photography, paintings, mixed media, video by artists Barbara Fast, Cyndi Gusler,Jerry Holsopple, Steven Johnson and Paulette Moore.
