For graduates who can relocate (or even commute), there are numerous jobs in Charlottesville, where several of our former students are working, particularly at Region 10, which is the Community Services Board for that area. Also advertised are positions in other nearby areas of Virginia, including Culpeper, where the associates degree is specified. Check the newspaper advertisements on the Internet.
The local Community Services Boards have advertised positions for which our graduates are qualified and one of the May grads has accepted a CSB job where she has been doing an internship. Another grad will be working at her internship, the CSB in Lexington, our first internship there and our first graduate to be employed there. Pleasant View has periodic openings. We have more graduates than in the past who are with the H-R CSB, where they began with part-time positions.
