  1. Apply to BRCC
  2. Send high school transcripts including SAT or ACT scores
  3. Determine need for placement testing
  4. Take placement testing (if needed)
  5. Meet with Counselor/Advisor at BRCC
  6. If pre-requites are met apply to RMH
