A female student reported that a male student performed a graphic rap song directed at her in front of several other students. The contents were described as sexually explicit. The female student was advised to report the incident to local law enforcement agency and the male student’s behavior reviewed using the BRCC student disciplinary process.

A female student reported that a male student and former boyfriend grabbed her arm and pushed her against an outside freezer behind the Student Center. Female student was advised to report the incident to local law enforcement agency and the male student’s behavior reviewed using the BRCC student disciplinary process.

A male student reported that he was being harassed on the BRCC Weyers Cave main campus by former girlfriend who is not a student. BRCC Public Safety Officers approached female and informed her that the appropriate behavior could not continue. She demonstrated verbal and physical disrespect to the Safety Officers and was instructed to leave campus or she would be charged with trespassing. A subsequent Trespass Notice was sent.

Female student reported inappropriate conduct in the Library. Male student was identified, BRCC Security Director met with student and reiterated BRCC Student Code of Conduct standards.

An acquaintance of a student reported that the student had been physically assaulted in a parking lot on Tuesday 10/19/10 between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. by an individual on whom the student had had served with a protective warrant. The student later reported that she sustained minor injuries and was examined by her personal physician. The student also stated that she had notified local law enforcement agencies at the time of the incident.
